As soon as you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation email, indicating that we've received your request. We will then contact our suppliers to ensure that the item(s) is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If the item is out of stock, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you via email. If the item is available, we will process the charges and prepare your order for shipment within 5 business days.

If your order is in stock and we have processed the charges to your credit card, your item will ship within 3-5 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours after the order leaves our warehouse, using the email address you provided at checkout. Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) as soon as they arrive. If you notice any damage or a wrong order, make a note of it when signing the delivery form. If the item is damaged, please send a photo of the damaged item to mygoshen77@gmail.com, and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
